Dadacode is my design & technology studio. I’m Garrett Kalleberg.
I studied art at Cooper Union and got my masters in Creative Writing at City College. I write. Which is how I started to write code and make applications.
For over 12 years I’ve worked with the art & design worlds creating elegant solutions to problems ranging from creative web presences to comprehensive vertical market applications, with a little print culture in between.
I’ve worked with Mitchell-Innes & Nash, Knoedler & Co., Danese Gallery, Werner Kamarsky, Galeria Ramis Barquet, Heavy Industries, Sebastian+Barquet, 303 Gallery, Henry Urbach Architecture, Salander O’Reilly, House of Heydenryck, Feigen Contemporary, The Poetry Project, Wonderlust Industries, Whole Foods Market, & many other awesome companies.
Currently, Dadacode is working with WAM Co., Instituto Cultural Cabañas, MUMO interior design company, Whole Foods Market, & Art of Details / Julia Bernadsky.
Dadacode specializes in web projects integrating design & technology. Technically, we’re especially good in PHP / MySQL solutions with intuitive interfaces. We use Javascript and AJAX for subtle effects and interface niceties, avoiding flashiness for its own sake. We like making tools that help you with your business needs. And, we like the web.
